Through Marches HR, I offer a variety of HR services, tailored to the needs of your organisation, your people and ultimately your customers.
With extensive experience covering a broad range of strategic and operational HR issues, I'm well-placed to offer cost-effective HR solutions for your organisation - all with a personal, human touch.
Whilst I'm based in Herefordshire, the push towards hybrid working means I'm able to work effectively with clients across England and Wales. Remote isn't always the answer though and you often can't beat that in-person interaction so I'm equally happy to travel to you, if that better meets your needs.

I care about our communities and our environment, and giving something back is important to me. That's why, at the end of every new contract, I'll give a donation to one of the following local charities:
- HEREFORDSHIRE MEADOWS, where the donation will help to restore, create and conserve flower rich grasslands in Herefordshire. This brings many benefits including improved mental and physical health, wellbeing and enjoyment of our countryside and heritage; or
- ELY MEMORIAL FUND, where the donation will help to support young people across Herefordshire to become safer drivers as well as helping relieve financial hardship for local families if their child is tragically killed in a road traffic collision.
